Regulation on Principles and Procedures for Individual Customers of Türkiye Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşları Birliği (“TÖDEB”)
Dear individual customer, if you have experienced a dispute (individual in nature, and therefore not within the scope of commercial activity) arising from the services we provide, you may submit a written application to our company within 2 years from the date of the disputed transaction or action. If your application is not responded to within 20 days from the date of your application, or if you do not consider the response sufficient, you have the right to submit an application to the Consumer Arbitration Committee of Türkiye Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşları Birliği (“TÖDEB”) within 60 days from the date of response, in accordance with the Regulation on Principles and Procedures for Individual Customers of TÖDEB.
