This Website is provided by SBM, which operates as a payment institution under the Law No. 6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services and Electronic Money Institutions, offering services such as bill payments, domestic and international money transfers. It is provided for the User to utilize these services. The User may only use the Website in compliance with the Terms of Use and for the legally permissible purposes outlined above.

Restrictions on Terms of Use

By benefiting from the services offered on this Website, the User accepts the following restrictions unconditionally and irrevocably:

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the Istanbul Central Courts have jurisdiction. In case of inconsistency between versions in languages other than Turkish, the Turkish version will prevail.

Severability

Recommendations, Comments, and Feedback

Feedback sent to SBM is not considered confidential. SBM has the right to use this information in any way. The User acknowledges that SBM may share information with legal authorities.
